Twinmotion has constantly closed alone when I try to save the file.

Hi,

I'm working on a project and all times when I used Twinmotion, the program closed alone when I tried to save the file. The autosave is working (and that's what is saving me in this project) and doesn't cause problems.

I thought the problem could be the fact that I was saving on Google Drive, but I moved the file to another folder, but the problem persists.

My video card drivers are up to date.

My system setup:

Windows 10 Pro

Processor Intel Core i7 7700

32 GB RAM

Video card Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB

ERROR LOG:

Hi ,

The crash report you're receiving happens due to a DirectX 12 resource failing, typically due to having too many Path Tracer media or too many HDRI backdrops in your file. Saving when closing Twinmotion does use additional system resources compared to the autosave or manual save without closing, which uses less resources because all of the processes when you close Twinmotion aren't being executed, so it seems like the combination of your file's resource demands, plus the shutdown processes combined are too much for your GPU to handle.

Generally, the way to avoid this is to reduce the resource usage of your file. such as by turning off Path Tracer on any media you may have, removing HDRI backdrops, or reducing resource heavy assets like lights and vegetation.

If you continue to have issues with this, you can submit a bug report at https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page with a copy of your Twinmotion file so our support team can investigate.

Best,

Raghib
