Whenever I try to open a file, or import a rendering, I get this blank window and the program just freezes. Does anyone know why this might be happening? The program was working fine a week ago.
Hi Zagorskiarch and thank you for reaching out. Have you done any updates to your system by any chance?
Please try closing the application(Twinmotion).
If possible restart your computer then go to :
C:\Users\username\Documents\Twinmotion2022.2\Config
and Delete the config file.
Now please start Twinmotion again and let us know if the issue is still there.
