Twinmotion For Revit 2024 Access Problem

Hello,

I just Downloaded Revit 2024 and at the "All Product And Services" I clicked on access for "Twinmotion For Revit" which took me to Twinmotion website but it says "Twinmotion for Revit is available to download for Autodesk subscription customers from your Autodesk Account > Products and Services page." which then takes me back to Autodesk and I cant access Twinmotion for my Revit.

Please if anyone knows what I need to do or if I did something wrong, I will be waiting

Hi ,

If you're still facing this issue, you may need to log out of your Autodesk account, and close all Autodesk and Twinmotion pages, then log in and re-open them. This type of issue usually occurs due to a timeout issue with your login session.

Using an alternate browser or an incognito session may also help.
