Twinmotion entfernt Modellteile, nach Neustart

Moin Leute,

Since upgrading to version 2025.2, I have been experiencing an issue where Twinmotion simply deletes parts of my architecture after importing a project, either via Direct Link/DataSmith, etc., every time I reopen the project (e.g. the following day).

Every day, I discover something new that should actually be in my model but has simply been swallowed up by the programme.

At first, I thought I could get it under control by compressing it with Nanite, but no luck. After every restart, important components are missing from my model. This bug did not exist in previous versions.

I hope that one of you can help me, because I’m at my wit’s end. It’s no fun at all :head_shaking_vertically:

Greatings

Dennis

hello dennis merry Christmas !!! first sellect all the models you have problem and try to hide and unhide in 3d program you use and synchronize with direct link. tell me if that works!

Hey Jim,

Thanks for the Christmas wishes, hope you had a good start to the new year.

When I locate the hidden objects, I can’t disable them using the eye icon. They always remain visible, at least according to the scene editor. However, you can’t see them in Twinmotion. If I delete them and reload them via the DataSmith import, for example, everything works as usual. Until I save and close Twinmotion. After restarting, the elements are missing again and I have to run the DataSmith import again.

The error occurs more frequently with opening elements, windows, and skylights.

hello denis now i understand your problem, you must turn off synchronize from sketchup first after unable the model you disappear and synchronize again (example open tw and sk find the model not displayed in tm turn off sync disable the model from sk turn on sync after turn off anable the model and sync again and look in tm ) i hope this help
