I can’t use megascans assets in my Twinmotion (see the video in attachment file).
I was relogin in Epic Games Launcher and Twinmotion couple of times - no effect.
I install 2 versions of Twinmotion 2023.2.3 and 2023.1.2 - no effect.
Need help, please.

Hello, I have the same issue … I can’t download anything. If I find anything, I’ll let you know.
Everything is ok, now. If you have subscribed to the Unreal Engine plan (old plan), maybe it is inactive.
As Quixel plans have been discontinued, we have two options :
You can reset your e-mail account and you can Sign up again via Twinmotion to get an Active subscription.
Your second option is to simply create a new account. You can also use an account which has no history with Quixel.
With this new account, launch TwinMotion and Sign up to get an Active subscription. Please only use TwinMotion to sign up as all other plans have been discontinued.
