Twinmotion datasmith into Unreal Project issues

Working on a workflow that takes Revit file to TwinMotion and then into Unreal. Have had some success, but there are a lot of issues I am having. Currently I am not able to move/rotate/scale any objects in imported TM datasmith in Unreal (which I used to be able to), so that is weird. But, even before that, I have had lots of issues with non-nanite materials in foliage. Is there a good source of information to understand that PARTICULAR workflow?

The goal:

1: Architect designs in Revit, creating structure, applying materials/textures to structure. Exporting using plugin to Twinmotion.

2: File opened in Twinmotion, Foliage and landscaping added. Datasmith file is created for Unreal

3: Datasmith added to Unreal project in order to add camera and animated characters

Has anyone done this?
