Twinmotion crashing when importing sketchup model

I'm fairly a newbie

trying to import a .skp into Twinmotion (2022.2.3) using import function and it would just not load. after clicking import the task manager would show as not responding.

Please help

Sometimes, depending on your computer's specs and the complexity of the file being imported, the import process can take time and Task Manager may list Twinmotion as not responding, but waiting a little longer should continue with the import.

If you're still having trouble, you could try using the Datasmith Exporter plugin for SketchUp to import your file into Twinmotion.
