Twinmotion cloud processing failed

Hi

All my scenes fail to be processed after being uploaded (scene needs more than 60GB of RAM to be processed error)

One of my scene is 427mb… It is not very complex. I have already optimised the geometry as much as I can in 3DSMax.

I am about to refund the seat as I am under the 14 days grace period.

It is very disheartening to see how little support there is from Twin Motion unless one buys 10 seats. We wont be buying any additional seats unless we get a functional product with one seat.

Assigning a seat to a user was already a pain and not referenced anywhere. A user on Reddit helped me because Twin Motion never bothered to reply to my email.

Why is Twin Motion support so poor compared to Unreal Engine while being significantly more expensive?
