twinmotion cloud not avaible during active 30 day trial epic

Hello,

I activated the 30-day Epic Trial and received the confirmation email.

Twinmotion is installed and working correctly, but when I try to upload a Presentation to Twinmotion Cloud, I receive the following error:

“Your subscription does not allow you to upload presentations to Twinmotion Cloud.”

I checked the Epic Developer Portal and found that:

  • I am the Owner of the organization.

  • The Seats page shows no assigned Twinmotion seat.

  • The Organization > Members page shows “-” in the Seats column.

  • I received the email confirming that my 30-day Epic Trial has started.

Could you please verify whether the Twinmotion trial seat and Twinmotion Cloud access have been correctly assigned to my account?
