Twinmotion Cloud is currently unavailable

Hello Twinmotion team. After multiple attempts to upload a panorama set to twinmotion icloud, i receive a pop-up window reading ‘Export failed’.

I have successfully uploaded another file to Twinmotion icloud as recent as October 24th. I am using Twinmotion 2024.1.2.

I have checked my developer dashboard and it says that my seat is active and that my seat does not have an expiration date.

This is a high priority matter as the content needed is critical path content for our project to continue.
