Subject: Twinmotion 2026.1 – Cloud Presentation: Lumen forced to Standard + trigger-activated animations not working
I am using Twinmotion 2026.1 and I have two related issues with Cloud Presentations.
Problem description:
-
Render mode issue
When I create a Presentation and upload it to the Cloud, everything works (the link opens correctly), but the rendering is forced to Standard mode instead of Lumen. The visual quality is therefore much lower than expected. In my project:-
Global Illumination is set to Real Time → Lumen in the Ambience panel.
-
I have recreated all the media (images, sequences, panoramas) after activating Lumen.
-
I have deleted and re-uploaded the presentation several times.
-
-
Trigger-activated animations issue
Additionally, animations that are activated via triggers (interactive 3D object triggers / Configurations) do not work at all in the Cloud Presentation. They function perfectly in the Local Presenter, in the editor, and when testing the triggers directly in the scene.
Expected behavior:
The Cloud Presentation should use the exact same render mode (Lumen) that is saved in the media and correctly execute all trigger-activated animations and configurations, exactly as they do in the Local Presenter.Actual behavior:
-
In the Cloud: always Standard mode + triggers have no effect.
-
In the Local Presenter: Lumen works perfectly and triggers function normally.
I have checked the official documentation and community forums: both Lumen and interactive triggers/Configurations are supposed to be fully supported in Cloud Presentations.Could you please help me understand why these settings are not transferred correctly to the Cloud and if there is a workaround or a fix for Twinmotion 2026?I can provide screenshots of my Render settings, the Presentation settings, the trigger setups, and the Cloud viewer if needed.Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
