Twinmotion 2025.2 import broken

Ive been using 2025.2 since release and havent had issues but last week it lost the ability to import anything even to new projects. I even uninstalled a windows update that installed the day before twinmotion bugged out. Other than that theres been no changes to the system or anything. After a few PC restarts it worked last week, so i thought it got fixed, but now the issue is back.

Everything else seems to work fine as long as I dont try to import. As soon as i click the ‘Open’ in import twinmotion stops being responsive, doesnt even let me select a file. It doesnt completely freeze, the buttons on the import menu respond to mouse hover and clicks but nothing happens, and it cant be closed in any way except through task manager.

Same here. It’s completely unusable at the moment.

working fine here. Perhaps it was concerned by yesterday’s cloudflare outage ?

I'm having this problem too. It's crashing the software and I have to force it to close.

Hello there, I’m unable to reproduce the issue internally. However, I would appreciate it if you could use the contact support button and provide your repro steps, plugin version, OS information, and possibly your log. That would be super helpful. Thank you
