Twinmotion 2025.1.1 keeps crashing on my MacBook Pro (M4 Pro, macOS 15.5) — three crashes in 30 minutes

Hi all,

Twinmotion 2025.1.1 is becoming unusable on my setup. The app crashes randomly—sometimes the moment I click any button, other times after a few minutes of light work. In the last 30 minutes alone it has quit three times, always showing the same low-level thread-stall stack trace:

What I’ve already tried (with zero success)

  1. Deleted ~/Documents/Twinmotion 2025/Config.
  2. Verified and fully re-installed Twinmotion via Epic Games Launcher.
  3. Started with Shift-launch (no project auto-load) and ⌥-launch → Raster mode only.
  4. Cleared asset & thumbnail caches.
  5. Updated to macOS 15.5, rebooted, tested in High-Power battery mode and on mains.

Same random crashes—no pattern except that they happen whenever I interact with the UI.

Hello I have similar set up with Mac OS 15.5 and M4 MAx, but I dont even can make the twinmotion software to launch.. i have installed a few older versions of Twin motion, but it snot eatiher working… De isntlaled the epic games completly and installed back an still not find a way to make it work… how did you achive that?

I think my issue is the same. This is my latest crash report. I have them all the time, making it nearly impossible to do my work. I have done the same things you listed to try and fix the problem but with no success. I have a lot more of these crash reports, but they all seem to lead to a scheduling task error.
