Finanly Spacer and Area tools a here but right at start i found critical (for me) problem with using theese tools. There is no locking Z-axis! So i can’t scatter trees on incline, or hills, mountains, or any not flat area without tilted trees

Rigged animated objects are not supported.
Assets can only be placed on horizontal surfaces.
hopefully it will be improved as it is just a preview !
Also why is 1m the min spacing? tried to do a riprap (rock bed) and min spacing was limited to 1m. pain in the butt. Used paint scatter tool and even though this works much better there are still gaps in the rock placement
You have to click where it says “Align” and activate that option, which is below "Snap to Surface.
In the image you show, it can be seen.
