At first I was having trouble with Twinmotion 2024.1 running very slow on my PC.
Now it has failed to launch despite uninstalling then reinstalling it. I tried verifying the installation and no error messages popped up.
I have Twinmotion 2023.1.2 installed and it runs just fine without any issues. All later versions of Twinmotion are running very slowly and 2024.1 does not launch.
Anyone know how to fix these issues? Also, the bug repoort form does not work for me. It just keeps spinning after filling it out. I once let is spin for hours but nothing happened.

For Twinmotion fail to launch please try clearing the web cache.
For Windows:
Make sure you sign out and completely quit the Epic Games Launcher
Press the Windows key + R and type “%localappdata%” to open a File Explorer window.
Open the Epic Games Launcher folder.
Open the Saved folder.
Click the webcache folder, and then delete it.
Restart your computer and start the Epic Games Launcher.
Also, is the “contact support” page still not working for you? I did some tests, and everything seemed like it was working ok, but please let me know if it isn’t in your case.
