Twinmotion 2023.2 Unusable on Intel Mac!

Twinmotion 2023.2.1 on an Intel Mac is constantly ‘Blooming / Flashing’, making it virtually unusable. Pathtracer and Lumen are both turned off. Has anyone had similar issues or found a solution? Thanks
