Please make sure you have the correct Windows 10/11 build:
- Windows 11 64-bit version.
- Windows 10 64-bit version 1909 revision .1350 or higher, or versions 2004 and 20H2 revision .789 or higher.
- Please refer to this page to check your Windows operating system version.
Confirm you have the latest GPU drivers:
- DirectX 11: Latest drivers
- DirectX 12: Latest drivers
- AMD (21.11.3+) and NVIDIA (496.76+)
Remove MSI Afterburner and/or Riva Tuner.

Try opening Twinmotion 2023.1 then changing the quality setting to low and then open the file and export the renderings to see if the issue is still happening. I imagine it's happening in larger scenes and not an empty or simple file?
