Twinmotion 2022.2.2 crashes at launch

Twinmotion 2022.2.2 crashes at launch. It does not even go as far as the splash screen.

It crashed with my GPU 1060.

I have a upgraded to a 3070 GPU and 128GB of Ram.

still get the same crash with the same error.

any ideas how to fix it?
