Tutorials for creating Starter Content

Can anyone point me to a tutorial on creating Starter Content? I tried copying a project to the Vault but it doesn’t show up.

Can you just migrate it from an older version of the engine’s project?

I’m wanting to create content to sell, so really need to have it as Content in the Vault…
