Tutorial: Simulated Character Ripples

That’s pretty cool, thank you so much. I realized that my ripples stop working if I leave the 0:0:0 area. Is there any tag or tick to set to support areas far away from the origin?

What is your setup? If you have a typical character, it should work and follow you around like in my demo. Or, are you trying to do ripples off non character physics objects or other things?

Is it hard coded to only work with the default character or can I modify the setup to work with any skeletal mesh that I like? What would I need to adjust on the character side to get the shallow water subsystem to pickup the characters location and still work with capturing the water data?

But not on Mobile (IOS ) ! Does not work for me build out to IOS
