Tutorial: Setting up an Unreal Engine Studio the Epic Way

Thanks for the write up, it’s very handy.

One question in regards to Swarm reviews, how do you manage locks while files are in review?
Currently we run p4 unshelve -s ID on our build server to do a test build before commiting, but for this the files need to be unlocked - but then we run into the situation where another developer will submit changes for the same file that’s already in review.

How does Epic handle this workflow?
