Turning "Simulation Space" to "World Space" in the rigidbody node forces effected bones down to original scale

I’m trying to make a tail dynamic on a character I’m working on. The original size of the mesh was smaller than I wanted so I scaled it uniformly in PiE. Now when I “Simulation Space” to “World Space” in the rigidbody node the tail scales down to the mesh’s original size. I’m trying to make the tail lag behind the character and also interact with any object that’s in its way.
