Turn In Place Problem

I went through the Youtube Tutorial for Turn In Place. I used Right/Left Turn 90 from Mixamo. Everything worked great until I got to this stage. The feet of the character turn correctly, but the upper body remains locked. Can someone help me troubleshoot this?
