Hi There, By launching the Epic Games Launcher, I get an error that my PC doesn’t meet the minimum requirements of windows 7 or higher. My PC has windows 11 installed. The error message when copying the troubleshooting to the clipboard is ‘TS-HW-RM’. Anyone got an idea on how to fix this error?
Get some hardware info application, and post your PC hardware. OR just write it down.
Esp RAM, graphics card and CPU.
IT can also be lack of some dependencies installed for unreal engine.
So search what you need to have installed , what hardware you need.
This code is specifically about OS incompatibility. Any chances you could tell us more about this PC’s OS history?
- did it ever have Windows XP on It?
- has it ever run any other, non Windows OS?
- has Win11 been activated - not sure that’d matter much but who knows?
My PC has windows 11 installed.
- since computers can have more than 1 OS, I must ask whether you’re running Win11 natively?
