Trying to update from 4.27 to 5.1

I want to update UE 4.27 to 5.1 but it seems to not be available in the Launcher. I’m fairly non-experienced with UE, so I hope I am asking in the right forum. Here is what I see in the Launcher>

It’s in the Library Tab. Then click the Plus symbol next to Engine Versions
