Trying to Toggle Visibility of Item 2 (Blueprint) from the UI Menu Item 1 button

The general idea here is while the user is in a camera Actor Blueprint displaying the HUD UI you see on the screen to click on the “Hide Front Tangent Arm” button from this drag able menu on Item #1 and it Hides or removes (Flip/Flop) Item #2 from the scene, then display Text stating that the Item has been removed or added back. I have tried multiple solutions and have been unable to achieve this. Any suggestions would be great, I am still learning the more in depth approaches to blueprint communications.
