Trying to remotely package for iOS on windows!

Trying to build an app for fun but I’m having some problems

So I’m trying to package an application for iOS from my windows PC, since i do not have a mac that can run Xcode I’m trying to package the app remotely from my pc to a virtual machine running Xcode thru VMware.

I tried to following this guide: Building for iOS on Windows | Unreal Engine 4.27 Documentation but i cant get it to work

I have an apple developer account and i created a profile, certificate and an identifier with a signing request i got from the keychains application in the mac os VM. I also got the private key exported to windows. I then put my provisioning profile and certificate in to the unreal engine editor under project settings, iOS as well as the bundle identifier. So far everything looks good, i generated a shh key and got it connected to my Virtual mac. Got the mac set up as well by enabling remote log in.

Now when i try to package i just get the message:
