Trying to make actor rotate by following Mouse position, from side view, but actor only rotates certain amount instead of the full 360 degrees

This is the set up I have.

When it’s running the cube rotates about 45 to 60 degrees, from the start position, then stops. I am want it to follow the mouse in a circle but it doesn’t. It doesn’t seem to have any problems when it’s top down.

I don’t know how elegant it is, but

That’s almost what looking for. The Camera needs to be static while mouse cursor is moving.
