Trying to make a rebalance mod. Help greatly appreciated

I’m having a bit of trouble I’m trying to make a mod that re-balances all the values for tamed creature progression on existing creatures, also, make it so that low level T-rexes and carnos cannot spawn at all (45-90 only). I’ve copied all the blue prints to my mod folder, modified them, and now I’m stuck trying to figure out what to do next. The files I’ve modified are the DinoCharacterStatusComponents as well as the Spawners blueprints. Do I need to put the Dino_Character_BPs in my mods folder and reparent them to the new DinoCharacterStatusComponents? Wouldn’t I have to rewrite the spawners then too to accept the new Dinos? I feel like there should be a method to just tell the game to take these blueprints and override the previously existing ones, but I can’t figure out how. Any help is greatly appreciated. Sorry if these questions are basic, I’ve been working on this all day and am running out of ideas.
