Trying to install ue from epic games but doesn't show anything even after clicking on the + button

I’m trying to install UE after installing EPIC games launcher and logged in. It still won’t show anything after clicking. even on the top right corner it won’t show anything!

Try to launch the launcher as administrator
i faced the same issue and it works for me.
