I have a project with objects collected in folders. All folders showing in Sketchup and Twinmotion with content in each folder. This after a prior import via Datasmith,
Now then I make a small change. duplicate a chair for example and imports via Datasmith all the content in all folders disappear. The objects added in Twinmotion is still in the scene.
Why! Anyone that can help. Latest and prior Datasmith generates the same problem. Have reinstalled Twinmotion, not the latest but the one before and reinstalled Sketchup.
Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, make sure you are using the proper version of Datasmith for your version of Twinmotion, downlaodable from https://www.twinmotion.com/en-US/plugins/sketchup-pro,
If you are using Twinmotion 2022.2.3, please use Datasmith version 5.0.3. Any newer version of Datasmith will not work and cause geometry to disappear or not import.
If you are using Twinmotion 2023.1.2, please sue Datasmith version 5.1.1 or newer.
