do you mean Real-time Assistance in RealityCapture?
If so, do you have PPI or ENT license? Also, can you try to create the network with your computer and connect to that network with your phone?
no i ment to say trying get the face app working on obskur but every time i enter my pc IP nothing happens and also put in the port number on the face app
So this is not related to RealityCapture or RealityScan application?

@SSkimatix If you haven’t already I would recommend you take a look at the Troubleshooting Live Link page. It contains a few things you can try to resolve your network issue.
