I am trying to download UE4 however the download speed is most of the time between 2MB/s or 0, my storage is fast and my internet connection is pretty good, I also tried the throttle downloads option but it did nothing, also on the newest version in the epic games launcher. Is there anything that could help the download speed be faster?
Epic’s servers might be having some trouble in your region right now.
Whatever you do, do not close the launcher, restart the download. It will start all over from the start.
I also had this same issue when downloading unreal on my laptop, despite using the same internet.
