Trying to do displacement with Virtual HeightField Mesh

Im trying to wrap my head around Runtime Virtual Textures and Virtual Heightfield Mesh’s. I’ve created a Landscape auto material and wanted to add Displacement to it. Im not sure what i did wrong but it looks like this:
