So what I’m trying to do is that as part of my game, when the player attacks enemies their Limit bar fills up and once it reaches the end, it’ll fill one of the dots. I have an example of this in the diagram below which also shows how the bar should bar, basically in a circular motion. Starts from one end then circular fills to the other:

Anyways I was wondering how a blueprint of it could be made as I’ll be using an image of the limit bar itself as seen below:
