Trying to achieve the look and feel of a GBA game

I’m trying to achieve the look and feel from a GBA game in UE4, and while I feel I’m reaching far, there is some stuff that I don’t quite like, here is a video of my progress

The first is the animations, they are quite hard to handle (I know PaperZD exist but I can’t afford it), and the other stuff are the collision which are a little chunky, also trying to make good collision boxes in the Tileset editor is kinda hard, so what do you recommend to make it easier? How do I fix the collisions in the character? the capsule component is really riggid
