Troubles with Twinmotion Cloud

I am trying to create panorama sets, of which are linked to a revit model. I have created 2 Twinmotion Models, and each model has 2 separate panorama sets. Each time I try and export one set, the next set overwrites the previous set. It doesn’t seem to matter if the title of the set is different. My friends and I have checked the other export settings and haven’t noticed any difference in the twinmotion engine, as well as the cloud. Someone please advise so that I can have multiple sets successfully export, and not overwrite each after the next.

Presentations and Panorama Sets in Twinmotion all have an ID assigned to them the moment the Panorama Set or Presentation are created. This ID never changes and is how the Twinmotion Cloud know that you are updating any existing content, so it knows to overwrite the previous upload rather than create a new one each time you upload.

If you made a copy of your Twinmotion file, for example if you wanted to have a separate copy of a scene with different revisions, the ID on any of the Presentations and Panorama Sets will still be the same in that new copy, so even though these are in technically different files, the Twinmotion Cloud will treat them as the same piece of content.

To get around this, in your second file, use the Duplicate option on your Panorama Sets to create a new copy of the Panorama Set with a new ID, then delete the old copy. When you upload the Panorama Set now, the Twinmotion Cloud will see it has a new ID and won’t overwrite your existing uploads and create a new one instead.
