Hello.
I wasn’t sure where else to go with this. I was preparing to purchase the ocean wave asset that’s free this month, but all three times I’ve tried, a screen pops up that says loading your order, and it freezes after that. It won’t let me buy it. I have waited a while after pressing the buy button, and it still doesn’t change. I have tried this with other things that are free this month and the same thing happens. I can buy things that are marked Free, but nothing that I have to buy. Can someone please fix this for me? Thanks in advance.
