I can see that you’re feeling really frustrated right now, and that’s completely understandable. Let’s try some ideas!!
So, you lost access to your account, and Google has deleted it. The first thing I’d do before contacting Epic again is to reach out to Google Support if you remember the email address linked to the account. Even if it’s been deleted for some time, as long as the account hasn’t been used by another user, you can try to recover it. Keep in mind that you won’t recover emails or certain data if more than 30 days have passed.
Provide them with as much relevant information as possible to prove the account was yours. Details like the last time you accessed it (even an approximate date), whether you had a linked phone number or recovery account… all those details will make the process easier.
Also, explain why you need to recover the account. Let them know it was deleted, but it’s linked to your Epic account, and you can’t proceed without it, etc.
