I have been trying to recover my epic account for over a year now, and epic tech support is kind of wack, let me explain i have my first Fortnite account stupidly attached to an epic account that i can still access login just fine no problem. Problem is i cant set up 2 factor authentication or do anything else associated with the account for the email has been lost and google has subsequently deleted the account. I have filled out the forum several time and the last time i did it epic said there was security flags raised with my account when i have been the only one accessing it. I can still log in via the online portal, Xbox live and thru Nintendo switch is the funny thing and its linked to my steam as well wondered if anyone else had problems with this i have given them adequate information used the same IP address as i use to Ping all logins for them, wanted to know what the community thought, Maybe i can get some more support here because it seems like there customer service doesn’t care to help me and i keep getting lazy response’s that make no logical and or technical sense, Thanks not sure if this is the proper place to put this i maybe an admin will move it if needed.

I can see that you’re feeling really frustrated right now, and that’s completely understandable. Let’s try some ideas!!
So, you lost access to your account, and Google has deleted it. The first thing I’d do before contacting Epic again is to reach out to Google Support if you remember the email address linked to the account. Even if it’s been deleted for some time, as long as the account hasn’t been used by another user, you can try to recover it. Keep in mind that you won’t recover emails or certain data if more than 30 days have passed.
Provide them with as much relevant information as possible to prove the account was yours. Details like the last time you accessed it (even an approximate date), whether you had a linked phone number or recovery account… all those details will make the process easier.
Also, explain why you need to recover the account. Let them know it was deleted, but it’s linked to your Epic account, and you can’t proceed without it, etc.
