Trouble buying stuff in the marketplace.

I’m trying to buy the prototype characters pack from the marketplace but get this error:

Any idea what’s going on? appreciate any response.

I had same issue, and what I did was.

Adding a new payment method with my old payment details, Closing and reloging in UE4 client and setting on default the new payment method with old payment information.

Hi Frozen3344,

We are showing on our end that your purchase went through and you should now have access to the Prototype Characters content. This error code could mean several different things. As long as your payment method is valid, usually restarting the editor will fix the issue.

If it still doesn’t show up correctly, please make a report on the AnswerHub, post a link to it here, and we will continue to investigate the issue.
