Trigger (Play) Sequencer on Event Play

Hi all.
First time posting to the forum.
I have been playing around with the sequencer. However all my attempts have failed to export my sequence to a working video file. I used to use the following setup for Matinee, however similar setup for Sequencer fails to yield results:

My apologies in advance, I come from animation background and Unreal is very new to me. I would highly appreciate if one could guide me a little more in depth. I have the above blueprints in the Level Blueprints.

I was instructed to use the Matinee as a middle man and it actually works.
For those who might stumble upon this in future for cinematic purposes, first create a Matinee Actor and use the first node setup as posted above. You do not need the second node setup at all.

Open the Matinee editor.
Select the camera that you have used in your Sequencer in the Outliner.
In Matinee Editor create a new Empty Group, and Add the selected camera to this group. (Right Click → Add Selected)
In Matinee Editor create a new Director Group and set the cut the be Empty Group you just created (Enter → Cut to Group)
Now if you play your level the sequence you have created in the Sequencer should play.
