Trigger animation of a skeletal mesh (character player)

Hi every one, I wanted to know if I can tigger an animation with my character, for example triggering a specific animation for the player to open a chest, or a door with blueptints. thanks

Hi i was wondering if is possible to play automatically an animation with a trigger for my character(not an NPC skeletal mesh).

Just create a trigger with an actor bp + cast to your character bp and set the bool variable in your actor bp :slight_smile: The rest is the same as in the video.

A visual example will be more helpful :smiley:
