Is there a 30 day trial version of UE4?
I just started with DK2 and am trying to decide UE4 or Unity.

No. And not really needed when it only cost $19.

As HavocX said there is no trial version of UE4. However, if you are a student you can get in touch with your school to benefit from Unreal Engine for Education.
