Hello Guys! We are finally back after a good Christmas break! we’re picking up the pace again, so for this week we have not done quite much, some modeling and texturing for filling empty spaces. The main achievement is the implementation of the space sky and some space rocks and planets to our scene, Ill share with you some images.

Welcome back from a well-deserved break! I’m completely amazed at how epic the ship looks against the celestials and the darkness of outer space! It’s so great to see the progress you’ve made thus far!

Are there any plans for character designs to rig the default Lyra characters to?

Hello! is nice to be back! thank you for the warm welcome, so glad you like our progress.

As we are mainly environment and prop artists we will focus on developing mainly the environment we don’t have time nor the skills to design and model a character by our own :frowning: . So we will download some characters from the unreal marketplace and make the retarget to the lyra characters :slight_smile:

Hello again! We are back for new progress, this week we kept doing some modeling of new assets and their respective implementation to the engine, Ill share with you some pictures of the progress of this week! Hope you enjoy them!

Hi again! Sorry for the delay, it has been quite a busy week! Nevertheless Im glad to share with you, as usual, some of our progress of the week. We are a month away for deadline, so we’ll have to rush some things and start doing more set dressing, modeling important assets and doing some cinematic shots for presentation. For now im pleased to show you some pictures of the level so far.

Hello everyone! Sorry for the delay, I’ve been really busy. So basically we are entering on our the final part of this project it has been a challenge, but pleased with the results so far, will work very hard for this 3 last weeks in order to achieve a great result. For now we’ve been working on cinematics, ligthing and filling empty spaces, so as set dressing with some decals. I think our main objective for this week is to keep filling blank spaces with assets and maybe start doing the retarget of the unreal mannequins. For now, let me show you some pictures of our progress. Hope you like them.

Hello guys! sorry i’ve been missing this couple of days but We are back with more progress. this is the second to last week for finishing this project so we are kind of rushed up. We are implementing last models for the set dressing. The retarget has been already done, so we have a character into our game. This last week is going to be dedicated to increase de fps while playing the game, creating much more interesting cinematics, shots and final details. For now, let me show you our progress so far. You and your team have certainly been busy during this crunch time. The stylized assets look amazing and are well suited to match the theme - where the natural meets the artificial! I’m impressed with the animations around the treasure and the animated positioning globe in the captain’s quarters! The details at the helm look astounding from afar, and I look forward to seeing what additions have been made to the area!

This project is shaping together swimmingly and I can tell that you all are near completion. We’re eagerly anticipating your final presentation! Incredible work, team! Wishing you all the best of luck!

Thank you very much! Yes, we’ve been having some hard times trying to finish, but the hard work is paying off. This week will be our last one for finishing the project, really looking forward to show the final results with you!

Hi everyone! I wanted to show you our progress so far! With this, our project is the final part of the development. Here i can show you some cinematics of the level and a little bit of the gameplay with the retarget of the character. Some troubles appeared in some textures, we are kind of fixing them out. This week is going to be for final set dressing, spawning lyras weapons and characters and final details, for now, let me show you our project so far. Hope you like it!

Hello Again! So this is it, yesterday was the deadline to deliver and finish our project. i feel happy and proud of the result, its been quite a journey but I wouldn’t be able to do it without mi teammates @Cinthia, @AlvGC and @KatarinaArntsen. here are some videos of our environment and gameplay. This week I am going to make one new gameplay with sound and the IA interacting with the players. Hope you like the final results! Thank you so mucho for the support through all this months.
