I’m not sure why but I keep getting various TRC notes recently when submitting a new product and it sometimes seems random as things that has passed previously fails now.
For my most recent product I received a note that my product had less than 10 animations but I see multiple products that has 1-5 animations in the live marketplace. This was the only note and when I added more animations I got a TRC that naming should have AS_ but I never had that on any of my other products. I also got a note saying that my technical details wasn’t correct for the Unreal Engine part despite it being there. These two new notes wasn’t part of the initial submit but showed up after I added more animations.
I assume the TRC check is automated, if not it seems to be dependant on whoever look at your product if you pass or not. I don’t mind re-submitting if I did something wrong but it’s a bit frustrating if the template you use fails from time to time for no obvious reason, especially when you see multiple products in the marketplace that passed the same things you fail on.
Has anyone else experienced inconsistent TRC checks?
