Hello,

I purchased the “Survival Horror Foley Pack” on Fab. It shows as “Saved in My Library”, and the Unreal Engine 5.8 format is listed as compatible.

The problem: when I click the blue “Add to Project” button, the click is registered, but the button simply returns to its normal state. No download starts, no project selection window opens, and no error message appears. I tried it both in the Epic Games Launcher (Fab Library) and in the Fab plugin inside the Unreal Editor, with the same result.

Details:

Unreal Engine: 5.8

Where I tried: Epic Games Launcher (Fab Library) and Fab plugin in the editor

Result: no download, no error, nothing in the downloads queue

The pack was published on October 26, 2026. Could this be a delay on the Fab side after publication, or is there a known issue with this listing? Is there another way I can download the files?

Thank you.

Hi @WesleyLuz,

Is the download button still failing for you, or were you able to sort it out?

Since Fab occasionally has sync issues with recent releases, I’ve submitted an update to include a direct .ZIP download from the website to bypass the Launcher entirely. As soon as Fab approves it, it will be available in your library.

If it’s still failing on your end, let me know here so we can find another way to get the files to you.

Direct .ZIP download is now live on the website if the Launcher is still failing for you:

  1. Go to Fab.com - My Library.

  2. Click the Download icon on the product.

  3. Under Additional files, click the download button to get the .zip file containing all sounds.

Let me know if you run into any issues!

Hi NENE_F, thank you very much for the quick help and for adding the direct ZIP download! It worked: I downloaded the pack from the Additional files section in My Library, since the Add to Project button failed in both the Epic Games Launcher and the Fab plugin. The files are now in my project. Great pack, and thanks again for the fast support!
