Transparent static mesh in Unreal, after exporting the model from Blender?

A few questions to get things started:

  • Have you tried recalculating your outside normals for your model?
  • It looks like it is not the entirety of your model, only a few pieces that are reversed/see through. Are there any special/missing settings with those?
