I would like to keep this transparent material but without sparkling, how can I remove this effect ?

I'm afraid I'm not entirely sure I understand as I do not see a sparkle effect on the material in the image. If you mean you want to minimize reflections on the material, while keeping the material transparent, try raising the Roughness value to 100% and reducing the Opacity value as needed.
