Transparent House | Residential Home

Hey guys,

Just wanted to share some work we’ve been doing at Transparent House with Unreal Engine 4 that was done sometime in Summer '17, but now have clearance to show it. This was before Datasmith, so a lot of the geometry optimizations were manually done, and involved baking high poly assets such as the furniture to low poly to have lower triangle count and cleaner lightmap UVs. Materials were created from existing textures used from the 3ds Max scene, or just recreated in Substance Designer.
